Are the proposed outfits clean and in good condition?
All outfits and equipment are cleaned and disinfected between each rental. They are also repaired if necessary. An inventory before and after rental is systematically done.
Should I clean the clothes before returning them?
No need to clean the clothes before sending them back.
Once received, we check them and take care of hygiene so that each outfit is ready for the next rental.
Cleaning and disinfection are included in the price we offer.
Do I have to clean the material before returning it?
No need to clean the material before sending it back. However we ask you to please dust and remove the rubbish and other waste. (some examples: handkerchiefs in backpacks, dust and waste in tents, etc.)
Once received, we check them and take care of cleaning and disinfection so that the equipment is ready for the next rental.
Cleaning and disinfection are included in the price we offer.
How to be sure of the quality of the products?
All our products are purchased new and exclusively reserved for rental.
We only rent clothes and equipment in very good condition. Rented items that do not meet our specifications are immediately downgraded.
How long can I rent an outfit?
Rentals are for a minimum period of 3 days.
If you want to rent for a period of less than 3 days, contact us email@example.com.
When do I receive my package?
When you order, you indicate the date "START DATE", receipt of the package will be 24 hours before this date.
For example, if your rental start date is a Saturday, you will receive your package on Friday.
If the rental starts on Monday, delivery will be on Saturday.
When should I return the package?
Items must be left at a relay point, at the post office or at the hotel reception the next morning (11 a.m.) at the latest after the date "END DATE" entered when ordering.
If the D + 1 falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, the return must be made the following day.
If this deadline is not respected, late penalties may be deducted from your deposit.
What if the size is wrong?
To make sure you are ordering the right size, you will find a size guide in the product sheet with the measurements for each size. In case of doubt it is preferable to contact us or to take the larger size.
Contact by messaging (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by live chat indicating the following information:
- My height (cm)
- My weight (kg)
- My measurements (chest measurement, waist measurement, hip measurement) in cm
- The size and brand of my favorite clothes.
If despite everything, when receiving the outfit, the size is not suitable. You must notify us immediately by e-mail and return the outfit within 24 hours of receipt.
We can also send you a new outfit in the same price range depending on available stocks, keeping a deduction of 20 euros for management and transport costs.
What if I notice a defect on the item received?
When you receive the item, we will have already checked it and made an inventory.
A copy of the sheet with our findings is attached to the package.
We advise you to check the article and let us know if you do not agree upon receipt at email@example.com, by attaching photos.
If you agree with our inventory, enjoy your vacation! At the end of the stay, you complete the inventory form, mentioning any damage to the items or RAS if there is nothing to report. You will need to include the form in your return package.
What happens if I damage the item?
At any time, you can notify us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Then, you must first report it in the inventory sheet and attach it to the return package.
Upon receipt, we check the equipment and estimate the cost of repairs. This cost will be communicated to you.
A deduction will be made from the deposit depending on the importance of the repairs.
What happens if I am late to return the package?
We have a delay compared to the day the parcel was returned. You are not responsible for any delay due to transport.
If you have a problem to drop off the package on the day defined in the order, contact us at email@example.com. We will see together how to handle the situation.
Without news from you and if you do not drop off the package the morning after your last rental day, we will retain a penalty of EUR 15 per day of delay.
What are the delivery options?
The different delivery options are offered when ordering.
- Delivery to a relay point is free (mainland France).
- Delivery to your home or holiday address is billed at 6 euros (minimum) and the return must be at a Chronopost Point Relais of your choice.
- Delivery and collection back to your home or holiday address is billed at 10 euros (minimum).
- Express delivery (24 hours) and collection back to your home or vacation address is billed at 15 euros (minimum).
SPECIFIC CASE FOR CORSICA: DUE TO THE SIGNIFICANT SURCHARGES INVOICED BY OUR CARRIERS FOR CORSICA, A PARTICIPATION OF 35 € WILL BE INVOICED (during or after the ordering process)
Where do you deliver?
Delivery before departure
We can deliver to you or to a Chronopost relay point of your choice.
We also deliver in Belgium for a small fee.
Delivery to stations:
Many ski resorts have merchant relay points.
We can also deliver to your hotel or hotel residence, if it has a reception.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by credit card or Paypal.
Payment and collection will be made at the time of booking.
Why do you need my bank details?
We offer you to rent clothes belonging to the Petits Montagnards and having value. The fact of keeping an imprint of your card serves as a guarantee in order to collect the deposit, in the event that the conditions of the loan are not respected (delay, significant damage, non-return).
The amount is not debited but we do a check via a pre-authorization request. At no time do we have your bank details which are fully processed by the company Swikly or our payment provider Paygreen.
Can I cancel my order?
The Tenant can cancel an order for up to 15 days before the dispatch date equipment provided by LES PETITS MONTAGNARDS. In this case, the amount of the order will be refunded.
In case of cancellation between 15 days and 8 days before the scheduled dispatch date equipment by LES PETITS MONTAGNARDS, cancellation fees of 15 euros per rental equipment apply. .
In case of cancellation less than a week before the scheduled dispatch date of the equipment by the site, the entire amount of the order will remain acquired by LES PETITS MONTAGNARDS.
