As many of you ask us about different delivery methods. We thought it would be wise to devote an article.

As you probably already know, lespetitsmontagnards.com is a 100% digital platform for renting high quality outdoor items! ;)

For the winter you can rent your ski clothes and the accessories that go with: gloves, ski goggles, après-ski boots.

In any season, whether for a holiday in the mountains or trips such as visiting cities or more distant destinations, we offer for rent beautiful baby gates such as Deuter Kid comfort, Poco AG Osprey, ...

The great peculiarity of Les Petits Montagnards is that we deliver everywhere in France (and even beyond our borders!)

Although our prices include "delivery included", we offer different types of delivery. What is important to understand is that the transport part has 2 parts.

  • Delivery: LE PETITS MONTAGNARDS to the customer (you)
  • Return: The customer to Les Petits Montagnards.

THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF DELIVERY:

  • Les Petits Montagnards : Collection and return at our Showroom in Haute Savoie
  • Livraison et Retour en Relais: Delivery and Return in Relay Points
  • Livraison Adresse Postale - Retour en relais: Delivery Mailing Address - Return in Relay Points
  • Livraison et Retour Adresse Postale: Delivery and Return Mailing Address
  • Livraison Express 24h  Samedi inclus: Express delivery 24h Saturday included

Les Petits Montagnards (pickup and return at our showroom)

This is certainly the easiest way:

If you come on holiday in Haute Savoie, which you pass near Cernex, it may be wise to pick up your iitems directly at our "warehouse".

In reality, how does this happen?

After selecting this shipping mode , we will arrange an appointment (date and time) for you to pick up the products.

THE COLLECTION: 

They will be issued with the same conditions as if we had shipped them (transport bag with the article and the inventory)

Note: Our premises can not accommodate the public audience, you will not have the opportunity to try the outfits on site. However if you realize that the size does not fit, we will do our best to resolve this inconvenience

THE RETURN:

Same as for the collection: we will arrange an appointment (date and time) for the return of the rental.

Livraison et Retour en Relais (Delivery and Return in Relay Points)

The most delivery method chosen by our customers: very convenient and flexible..

This delivery is free of charge for orders above 36 EUR. You are delivered in the Relay Point of your choice, the return is also made by relay point.

You can decide where you want to be delivered: close to your home, near your place of work. on the way to go to the resort or directly at destination (a)

In reality, how does this happen?

After selecting this shipping mode, you must select the Relay point that suits you. You have the possibility to see other relay points by changing the zip code (see below)

THE COLLECTION

The package will be available minimum 24 hours before the first day of rental (starting date). It will be delivered to the relay point you will have chosen. However, if for reasons beyond our control, we have to change the relay point, we will inform you as soon as possible. (b)

THE RETURN:

The return is done in the same way, you must deposit the products in the package provided the next morning at the latest (11am) of the last day of rental. If that day is  a Sunday or a bank holiday, you must deposit it on the morning of the next working day.

Choice of Relay point: We work with the carriers from Pick-up network, so you can deposit the package in any affiliated Relay point.

FIND YOUR RELAY POINTS

Livraison Adresse Postale -  Retour en Relais (Delivery Mailing Address - Return in Relay Points)

This is the hybrid shipping solution

This option cost you on average 6 EUR will allow you to be delivered at a mailing address: your home or your residence, your  hotel. The return is made in Relay Point of your choice.

In reality, how does this happen?

THE COLLECTION: 

The parcel will be delivered minimum 24 hours before the first day of rental (starting date) at the mailing address of your choice. (b)

IMPORTANT: In case of delivery in hotel or holiday residence, you must check with your host that it will accept and will be able (presence at the desk reception) to receive the package

Usually, the hotel/residence is happy to provide this service to its guests but it is up to you to check it.

THE RETURN:

The return is done in the same way, you must deposit the products in the package provided the next morning at the latest (11am) of the last day of rental. If that day is  a Sunday or a bank holiday, you must deposit it on the morning of the next working day.

Choice of Relay point: We work with the carriers from Pick-up network, so you can deposit the package in any affiliated Relay point.   (see )

  • Ideal for people not living near a Point Relais or wishing to be delivered  on site.
  • Easy return thanks to the wilde choice of the Relay Points

Livraison et Retour en Adresse Postale (Delivery and Return Mailing Address)

This is the ideal delivery solution for people from far away or those who does not want to carry the outfits

This paid option (on average 10 EUR)  will allow you to be delivered at a mailing address: your home or your residence, your  hotel. The return will be done the same way: we will arrange a collection with our carrier..

In reality, how does this happen?

THE COLLECTION: 

The parcel will be delivered minimum 24 hours before the first day of rental (starting date) at the mailing address of your choice. (b)

IMPORTANT: In case of delivery in hotel or holiday residence, you must check with your host that it will accept and will be able (presence at the desk reception) to receive the package.  

Usually, the hotel/residence is happy to provide this service to its guests but it is up to you to check it.

THE RETURN:

The return is done the same way: We will arrange the collection of parcel (which you will have previously packed in the return packaging) with our carrier the next morning of the last day of the rental. The pick-up will be at the same address as the one used for delivery. We will confirm the time slot 24 hours before at the latest.

Note: Usually the hotel is happy to pick up the products (in their return packaging) and give them to the carrier. However, it is you're responsibility to check it.

Benefits:

  • "Premuim" and affordable Offer  
  • deal for people who can't (or doesn't want) to move out of the resort.

Livraison Express 24h  Samedi inclus (Express delivery 24h Saturday included)

This shipping solution is for last-minute order or for people wishing to be delivered on Saturday

This paid option (on average 15 EUR) will allow you to be delivered at a mailing address: your home or your residence, your  hotel. The return is your choice: deposit at Relay Points or collection at the delivery address. 

In reality, how does this happen?

The package will be delivered minimum 24h (Saturday included) before the first day of rental (starting date) at the address of your choice. (b)

IMPORTANT: In case of delivery in hotel or holiday residence, you must check with your host that it will accept and will be able (presence at the desk reception) to receive the package.  

Usually, the hotel/residence is happy to provide this service to its guests but it is up to you to check it.

THE RETURN:

You have the choice of return, Choose the most convenient for you: deposit in a Relay Point of your choice or collection at the delivery address by our carrier.

Whatever the type of return you'll pick up, you will have previously packed it in the return packaging

Note: Usually the hotel is happy to pick up the products (in their return packaging) and give them to the carrier. However, it is you're responsibility to check it.

With Relay Point, it has to be dropped  the next morning of the last day of rental.

(b): we make strong effort to ensure our products are delivered minimum 24 to 48 hours before the start of rental, however we can not be held responsible if external conditions make the delivery impossible (extreme weather conditions, any various disturbances )
